Brain food is food that has nutrients that are taken to improve brain functions and enhance the ability of intellectual thoughts. The food we intake affects the neurons of the brain. Therefore, it is important to eat healthy foods for well-being.
Some of the brain foods that people can take to improve their brain health include berries, fatty fish, walnuts, coffee, green leafy vegetables, tea, etc. Also, foods that contain Iron, Zinc, Vitamin D, B, and C are very good for brain health.
